About This Service
The Repair with RMA Form service allows you to send your Aroma‑Ace™, Aroma‑Infinity™, or Aroma‑Express™ diffuser to Diffuser World for professional repair. It is also the page customers use to pay for repair services once their diffuser has been evaluated.
Before sending your diffuser, you must download and complete the Diffuser World RMA Form. Including this form ensures your repair is processed correctly and returned to you as quickly as possible.
If your diffuser has already been evaluated and you’ve been instructed to pay for the repair, simply complete your purchase on this page — no additional form is required.
