At Diffuser World, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns, refunds, and repairs are handled.


30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Products Only)

For all new, non‑refurbished diffusers and accessories, we offer a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

You may return a new product for a refund if:

  • The item is in like‑new condition
  • Includes all original parts, accessories, and packaging
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning properly:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Include photos or video if possible

We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.


Refurbished, Closeout, and Final‑Sale Items

Some products are sold as:

  • Manufacturer Refurbished
  • Cosmetic Flaw Units
  • Closeout Items
  • Final Sale

These items are offered at a discounted price and are:

✔ Fully tested

✔ Certified functional

✘ Not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges

All sales are final on these products.


Essential Oils & Consumable Products

For safety and quality reasons, essential oils and consumable items cannot be returned or refunded, whether opened or unopened.


How to Start a Return or Repair Request

All returns and repairs require an RMA number issued by Diffuser World.

To request an RMA:

Email support@diffuserworld.com or use our Contact page and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or repair
  • Reason for the request

We will reply with instructions and the return address.


Return Shipping Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for all return/repair shipping costs
  • Shipments must include tracking or delivery confirmation
  • Diffuser World is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
  • Each returned item must include proof of purchase

These steps ensure your product is properly handled upon receipt.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Repairs


Diffuser World checks each product before it goes out the door to ensure our customers receive the highest quality available. However, we understand accidents happen and sometimes products need to be repaired. If you need your product repaired, please download the Diffuser World RMA form and send the unit to us. Please note, if the unit is not covered under warranty a $60 repair fee will apply. There is no need to process the payment until our Repair Department determines if the fee will need to be charged.

Purchase Repair

Returns


Our goal at Diffuser World is to offer the most effective and best quality products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes the product is not the right fit, that’s why we offer a 30 day return policy. If you decide you’d like to return your product within the 30 day time period, please complete the Diffuser World RMA form.


Follow all instructions on this form. If the product has been used, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Essential oil smell is not something we can remove. Therefore, this product must be sold as used.
