Is Your Essential Oil Diffuser As Therapeutic As Your Oils In Lyndon, KY?

Oil Usage FactsEssential oils by nature are therapeutic in Lyndon, KY, but is your diffuser? We did the research on essential oil diffusers and found the data. If you don’t believe the data in Lyndon, KY, just do the math!

To put this into perspective, there are approximately 3,460 drops of water in one cup of water. So you would need to put 346 drops of essential oil into one cup of water to achieve a 10% mixture. This means that even if you used all that oil, an ultrasonic diffuser would only be one tenth as therapeutic as using a nebulizing / atomizing diffuser. It would require 44 hours of ultrasonic diffusion to equal one hour with atomizing/nebulizing diffusion.

Are All Atomizing/Nebulizing Essential Oil Diffusers The Same In Lyndon, KY?

So we know that the best method to diffuse essential oils is with an atomizing diffuser, but which atomizing diffuser is the best? Aren’t they all the same? Absolutely not! Again, we tested the ten most popular atomizing or nebulizing diffusers on the market and found that most are not worth your money. The others are simply substandard.

We have purchased and tested numerous atomizing diffusers in the past sixteen years. What we have discovered is that most use cheap, Chinesemade elements and motors that burnout in a very short period of time. So you could end up purchasing two to three of those diffusers every year or two, even with normal use. If you run your diffuser regularly, you could wind up wasting hundreds of dollars. Out of the top ten diffusers tested, five of them are illegal to sell in the US.

ESIP holds over 13 patents and 5 patents pending on atomizing or nebulizing technology. They have gone to Federal Court to prove these patents are valid and have won. These five diffusers are illegal because they infringe on the intellectual property of ESIP, LLC. The top three of the units tested are licensed by ESIP, LLC and from the data you can see the bottom two diffusers aren’t worth the paper they were test on.

Lyndon, KY, Lyndon began as a community of majestic old frame homes, set back on tree-shaded streets. Settlement began along the Louisville and Frankfort Railroad tracks (what is now Vinecrest). Rail was the only means of transportation at that time. Many of the original homes burned down as fires were dealt with from wells or cisterns.

Alvin Wood gave the name of Lyndon to the area. He purchased 200 acres in 1865. Wood is credited with creating one of the first subdivisions in Kentucky. While platting the area, he dedicated a lot for a school. This lot became the Progress School. At that time people had to go to St. Matthews to catch a train as there was no stop at Lyndon. The railroad told Alvin if he would furnish the land and build a station, they would begin service. That is when Wood named his station Lyndon. Lyndon became a stopping point in 1871. The first post office was set up in the depot, also in 1871.

Electric Interurbans began shortly after 1900. Lyndon began to grow. Interurban ran all the way to LaGrange. The Lyndon stop was located on the south side of LaGrange (across from Lyndon Lanes). Students rode the interurban to Anchorage as there was no high school in the area. The interurban was discontinued in 1934 as the automobile became the favorite mode of travel. The first school in Lyndon was Progress School.

Lyndon, KY, At some point after 1865, the L&N offered local landowner Alvin Wood connection to their network provided that he pay the costs of constructing the station and donate the land for the spur. He did so and, in 1871, the Lyndon depot began service. The town's etymology remains uncertain, although some connect it to Linn's Station and others to explorer William Linn.

The Kentucky Military Institute moved to the town in 1896. Lyndon is also the location of the Central State Hospital. In 1963, Lyndon's post office was subsumed by the Louisville system. Lyndon was incorporated soon after in order to avoid annexation by the neighboring city of St. Matthews. Lyndon is a home rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 9,369 at the 2000 U.S. census.

Incorporated on May 10, 1965, Lyndon became part of the new Louisville Metro government in 2003. It remains an independent city with its own mayor and emergency services and is not counted in Louisville's population although its citizens can vote for the mayor of Louisville and Metro Council members.
