Is Your Essential Oil Diffuser As Therapeutic As Your Oils In Fort Thomas, KY?

Oil Usage FactsEssential oils by nature are therapeutic in Fort Thomas, KY, but is your diffuser? We did the research on essential oil diffusers and found the data. If you don’t believe the data in Fort Thomas, KY, just do the math!

To put this into perspective, there are approximately 3,460 drops of water in one cup of water. So you would need to put 346 drops of essential oil into one cup of water to achieve a 10% mixture. This means that even if you used all that oil, an ultrasonic diffuser would only be one tenth as therapeutic as using a nebulizing / atomizing diffuser. It would require 44 hours of ultrasonic diffusion to equal one hour with atomizing/nebulizing diffusion.

Are All Atomizing/Nebulizing Essential Oil Diffusers The Same In Fort Thomas, KY?

So we know that the best method to diffuse essential oils is with an atomizing diffuser, but which atomizing diffuser is the best? Aren’t they all the same? Absolutely not! Again, we tested the ten most popular atomizing or nebulizing diffusers on the market and found that most are not worth your money. The others are simply substandard.

We have purchased and tested numerous atomizing diffusers in the past sixteen years. What we have discovered is that most use cheap, Chinesemade elements and motors that burnout in a very short period of time. So you could end up purchasing two to three of those diffusers every year or two, even with normal use. If you run your diffuser regularly, you could wind up wasting hundreds of dollars. Out of the top ten diffusers tested, five of them are illegal to sell in the US.

ESIP holds over 13 patents and 5 patents pending on atomizing or nebulizing technology. They have gone to Federal Court to prove these patents are valid and have won. These five diffusers are illegal because they infringe on the intellectual property of ESIP, LLC. The top three of the units tested are licensed by ESIP, LLC and from the data you can see the bottom two diffusers aren’t worth the paper they were test on.

Fort Thomas, KY, The City of Fort Thomas was named in honor of Civil War General George Henry Thomas, who ranks among the top Union Generals of the War, along with Grant, Sherman, and Sheridan. Whereas these three men were true Northerners and, in fact, were born within approximately 50 miles of each other and from Northern Kentucky, George Thomas was a Southerner. He was born of Welsh/English and French parents in Virginia on July 31, 1816. He was educated at Southampton Academy, studying law and working as a law deputy for his uncle, James Rochelle, the Clerk of the County Court, and he received an appointment to West Point in 1836. He graduated 12th in his class of 42 in 1840 and William T. Sherman was a classmate.

Located in the northeastern corner of Campbell County, Kentucky, Fort Thomas was once the site of a great Indian battle. Graves of 500 or 600 Indian warriors were discovered on a ridge near Highland and Newman Avenues. Archeologists indicate that around 1749 a roving Cherokee tribe fought and lost to the Shawnees and the Miamis in a fierce three day battle. According to Indian legend, the Cherokee chief had betrayed a medicine man highly regarded by the other tribes and this accounted for the fierceness of the fight. Over the years the once-plentiful relics and arrowheads have been thoroughly combed by field trips, school children, and by construction in the area.

Fort Thomas, KY, Samuel Woodfill was transferred to the Fort Thomas Army post in 1912. He married Lorena Wiltshire on Christmas Day in 1917 and they purchased a house near the fort. In World War I he was courageous, leading his men against the Germans. His bravery earned him many medals and awards and he was described as the most decorated soldier of the war. In civilian life, however, he struggled to pay his bills. He was unsuccessful at creating an orchard, and worked as a carpenter, a watchman and a guard. His wife died in March, 1942, but two months later, the Army commissioned Woodfill and another World War I hero, Alvin C. York as Majors to build morale and promote enlistments.

Woodfill retired again in 1944, but memories of his wife in Fort Thomas caused him to return to Indiana, where he was born. On February 25, 1937, Paul Tibbets enlisted here as a flying cadet in the United States Army Air Corps. During the last days of World War II, Paul became known as the pilot that dropped the first atomic bomb on August 6, 1945. Fort Thomas served as a depot, induction center, and military hospital. Most of the garrison was transferred to the Veterans Administration in 1946, but military activities continued until the fort was closed in 1964.
